FAITH COMMUNITY CHOIR CELEBRATION
On Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 7:00PM at the Bath County High School, the Bath County Faith Community Choir will hold a celebration of faith through music. The choir is made up of singers from all across our county, and has approximately fifty-five members. The choir will sing a number of songs as a group, and there will be songs by several individual church choirs and the youth choir. The congregation will be asked to raise their voices together in song as well. Please save the date and plan to join the Faith Community Choir in this celebration.
If you can, please bring canned or dried food. Food that is collected will be divided between the two food pantries in the county. In the event of bad weather, the celebration will be held on Saturday, March 03, 2012 at 7:00PM.
FOOD PANTRY
This month we are collecting for Ashwood United Methodist Church food pantry. Wanda Bradley tells us that donations are way down and so we are encouraging you to donate all you can this month. Please place nonperishable food items as well as personal items, such as deodorant, shampoo, soap and toothpaste, in the plastic bin in the back of the church. We will collect the items on Sunday, February 26th.
Thank you for continuing to support this local ministry and to help the families in our community who are in need.

The Chicken Soup Coordinator for February is Nancy Johnson. Please let her know if you know of someone in need.
